- The official language of the Conference will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

- Children under the age of 15 are not authorised inside the Congress centre (exhibition hall, sessions, etc.)

- Photo-video-audio-recording of the Meeting is not allowed.

Cancellation and refund policy 

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Núria in writing by e-mail: [email protected]
Cancellations received up to 7th January, 2019 deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
Cancellations received from to 8th Januray to 21ts March, 2019: 50% of the total paid will be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after 22nd March, 2019 or registered participants who fail to attend
